MCC works hard to find the right jobs for its graduates. The staff prepares students to interview and to create professional resumes. Preparation consists of utilizing web based interviewing software, videography, and personal feedback from staff and peers. We have specialized staff to work with employers to create job possibilities for our students. Deloitte and other companies volunteer their time to provide mock interview experiences and other job preparation workshops. MCC has employment advisors who help us create the right programs and curricula to prepare students for the workforce. Students are ready to work in Healthcare Technology, Direct Care, Customer Service, Call Center/Telemarketing, Administrative/Clerical and Retail careers.

All MCC programs develop important workplace competencies that differentiate our graduates from many entry-level workers. These competencies include: critical thinking, conflict resolution, time management, communication, customer service and professionalism. We encourage graduate success and employment retention, by providing ongoing follow-up services. Working graduates will continue to have access to our student advisors.

MCC strives to be your primary source for hiring qualified, productive, and retainable entry-level workers. We get to know your company's specific hiring requirements, and retention challenges. We offer:

Targeted Recruitment – MCC refers candidates who can meet your employment specifications.
Employer-Based Training Curricula – Your job requirements drive MCC’s curriculum design and delivery.
Reliability and Skill Competence – You can gain knowledge of a student’s attendance, punctuality, and performance before making your final commitment to hire.
