Call Center / Telemarketing
MCC students in the Business Technology Program receive intensive work in
word processing, data entry and key strokes. In addition, they are immersed
in our 4-week job readiness program, called STRIVE, which prepares them to
face the world of work. They learn how to handle stress and conflict and how
to enter collegial relationships, including the BOSS! With skills
in keyboarding and customer service, many of these graduates work in call centers and in telemarketing companies.
